Real-Time Counter/Classifier for Emergency Management

StopWatch+ is a specially enhanced version of the industry leading ADR-3000 Plus permanent site traffic counter and classifier. StopWatch+ enables the ADR-3000 Plus to communicate and provide real-time and urgent data in times of crisis. As part of emergency response, for instance in the case of a weather emergency such as a hurricane or a flood, or other natural or man-made disasters, such data can provide critical intelligence to emergency personnel. StopWatch+ allows traffic flow and volume information to be fed into central systems using an easy communications interface. So, in addition to the ADR-3000 Plus' capability for gathering historical studies of traffic flow, the StopWatch+ feature allows the product to also process Count, Average Speed, and Occupancy data over multiple lanes and at user-defined intervals. And the real-time operation can be configured to function and communicate independently of the historical study functions, so neither function ever needs to be interrupted.
